Payment amount:
30% of the amount paid for touyo or heavy oil from December 2020 to March 2021. The upper limit of the amount is 1,000,000 yen.
Required documents:
- Application form
- copy of the receipts, etc. between December 1, 2020 and March 31, 2021
- For corporations: Copy of the corporate prefectural tax / corporate business tax return in 2019
- For self-employment: Copy of the final tax return in 2019
- For opened in 2020: (1)Copy of the business license. (2)A copy of the documents showing that it was open from December 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021.

For other than hotels The deadline: May 31, 2021
You have a Store, Rental store,Travel agency (store), Dry cleaner, Gas station,Restaurant, Parking lot, Food manufacturing industry, Experience facilities such as camping, etc.
Payment amount:
- 50% of sales from December 2019 to March 2020 minus sales from December 2020 to March 2021. The upper limit of the amount is 200,000 yen.
- Opened in 2020, If you cannot confirm the sales of the previous year.The amount is uniformly 50,000 yen.
Required documents:
- Application form
- A copy of books, etc. showing the sales amount from December 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020
- A copy of books, etc. showing the sales amount from December 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021
- If opened 2019, Notification of opening in 2020, documents showing that it was open during the target period
