This subsidy is only applicable to the hotel industry in Nagano Prefecture.
A Infection prevention measures. You can get 20% of the cost.
If you have 1 to 9 rooms, you can get up to 200,000 yen, 10 to 29 rooms can get up to 400,000 yen, 30 to 49 rooms can get up to 1,200,000 yen, more than 50 rooms can get up to 2,000,000 yen.

B Efforts to meet new tourism demand. You can get (A+B) 66.6% of the cost, But A can only account for 20% of the cost at most. You can also only apply for the B.
B includes：
Renovation of private rooms for banquet halls and restaurants
Maintenance of bath / toilet / wash space (including maintenance in each guest room)
Renovation of a large room into a private room
Renovation of ventilation equipment in the building
Refurbishment related to infection prevention measures for cars owned by the facility
Etc……
If you apply for B, it is recommended to obtain permission from the Nagano Prefecture government before starting the renovation(we will apply for you), otherwise you may not receive the subsidy in the end.
The number of rooms needs to be confirmed with the Public Health Center（Hoken Jo）, and is different from the actual number of rooms.
Our fee: 10% of the subsidy.
Retainer fee 30,000yen（No refund）, Please pay the full amount at the time of application. If unsuccessful, all fees except the “retention fee” will be refunded.

We hope to meet with your decoration contractor at your hotel, because the invoice of the decoration company needs to indicate some content, and I need to tell them. If you are outside of Hakuba or Otari Village, will need transportation fees.
